A little bit about yourself--where are you from? What do you like to do?
This is my 21st year in the field of education. I grew up in the small town of Whitmire, SC, and at times I miss small town living. I graduated from Winthrop University in 1997 with an Undergraduate Degree in Special Education and spent 9 years in the classroom. I earned my Graduate Degree in Educational Leadership from University of Phoenix in 2011 and starting my 12th year as a school administrator. In my free time I enjoy playing golf, spending time with my two sons, and completing woodworking projects. When it's time to get away and relax, I head for the mountains for the views and tranquility. I am proud to serve both the community of ¼«ËÙÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û and all the students that live here. ¼«ËÙÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û has truly become home.

Favorite thing about teaching or working at Sullivan?
My favorite thing about working at Sullivan is the people. Being a school of choice for both IB and DLI, I have the opportunity to work with staff from all around the globe. Learning about different cultures has provided me with a global mindset that allows me to build positive relationships with our diverse student population.
