A little bit about yourself--where are you from? What do you like to do?
This is the beginning of my 26th year in education and 17th year as a media specialist. I’m a mom to four children. I have a daughter who is entering her senior year at NC A&T, a sophomore daughter at SCSU, a freshman daughter in high school and a 6th grade son. I have been married for 24 years to my husband who is also an educator. I’m from a small town in South Carolina named Eutawville.
Favorite thing about teaching or working at Sullivan?
The students are great to work with and I enjoy fostering a love for reading to them.
What is your "genius" or "Superpower"?
My "Superpowers" are to inspire and promote a love of reading while connecting students with books they would love to read.
