Facility Rental Program

  • The District Board of Trustees views District property as a community asset and promotes community use of such property for purposes that are consistent with and contribute to the District’s programs and promote the health and welfare of the children, youth, and adults in our District. 

    Process for requesting a facility:

    • Terms of Use/Agreement and Application with an application fee of $50 is submitted to the Facility Rental Office.
    • The application will be reviewed and submitted to the school to check availability. 
    • If it is determined that the event will not conflict with school activities and is within the guidelines set forth in Policy KF, coordination will begin. 
      • This will include identifying district staff support, providing an estimate of fees, and determining security requirements. 
    • Once approved, the Facility Rental Office will notify the organization, schedule the event and generate an invoice.
    • Payment and a Certificate of Liability Insurance must be received 10 days prior to the event.
      • (A notice of cancelation is required at least 72 hours before the event in order to receive a refund.)

    Payment of application fee and invoice must be made by check or money order to ¼«ËÙÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û.  Cash can not be accepted.
